Refund Policy
All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned. A copy is retained the moment download access occurs. This is the irreversible nature of digital delivery and the basis of this policy. This is consistent with U.S. law and is standard industry practice for digital products sold as downloads.
This policy applies to the RFST Educational Series digital product and all components contained within the purchase package. If your downloaded file is defective or undeliverable, see Section 03. A replacement is available at no cost.

Your Independent Rights
This purchase policy does not affect any independent dispute rights you may have with your payment processor or card issuer under applicable law. Those rights exist independently of and are not diminished by this policy. They are governed solely by your card issuer and the applicable payment network.
Your Data & Privacy
RFST tools run entirely on your own device. Nothing is installed, nothing operates in the background, and no data leaves your machine.
Every component in your purchase package is a local HTML file. There are no tracking scripts, no usage monitoring, no background processes, and no server connections initiated by the tools themselves. Your activity with the RFST platform is not collected, transmitted, or stored by Retirement Fund Survival Timeline LLC.
This is worth noting in the current environment. Independent security researchers have documented AI desktop applications silently installing browser software across multiple browsers without user knowledge, and a major browser was found to have downloaded a 4GB AI model file to user devices without disclosure or consent. RFST has no such behavior by design.
